Return and Refund Policy

At the Sleep Wellness Academy, we strive to provide high-quality programs, services, and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights and options for refunds and returns in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service:

  • Is faulty or defective.
  • Does not match the description provided.
  • Fails to meet any guarantees outlined under the ACL.

This policy applies to all goods and services purchased from the Sleep Wellness Academy.


2. Refund Eligibility

For Digital Products and Online Programs:

Due to the nature of digital products and online programs, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The program or content does not match the description provided.
  • Technical issues prevent access, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time.

For Physical Products:

If a physical product (e.g., books or merchandise) is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition unless the issue is due to a fault.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer a credit or exchange at our discretion, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase and the product is unused and in its original condition.


4. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, please follow these steps:

           1. Contact our support team at academy@sleepwellnessinstitute.com.au with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Order number or receipt.
  • Description of the issue or reason for the request.

            2. If returning a physical product, include a photo of the item and description of the fault (if applicable).

            3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or not as described.
  • Digital content or program refunds may require you to sign a digital acknowledgment confirming that access has been revoked.
